In continuation of our quest to enable people and organizations prepare for #FutureofWork, Corporate Shiksha is launching Meet a Mentor Forum.
This is a unique learning program for young professionals to gain business insights from leading industry practitioners through an experiential learning format. Each session will facilitate a dialogue with among a focused group of young professionals with a senior industry leader from some of the Best Workplaces in India and SE Asia region.
The inaugural session is being planned for Saturday, April 7, 2018, at Corporate Shiksha’s headquarters in New Delhi. Session timing is 11:00 am – 1:00 pm followed by lunch. We are expecting a focused gathering of around 20 young professionals to participate in this program.

Global HR Leader with HR work experience across all HR functions. Extensive International HR experience in UK and Ireland. Led HR function for USA, Europe, Latin America,Middle East and India.
Currently, Head of HR for India Region @ Moody’ Corporation. Additionally, Head Global HR at Moody’s Analytics Knowledge Services. Leading a team of 52 HR professionals in India , Sri Lanka, Costa Rica and China. Accountable for HR Strategy and HR operations for the global organization spread across multiple locations and employing 2600 financial services and analytics professionals. Part of Global Management Team.
Previous to Moody’s, Avadhesh was Vice President & Head HR for GE Capital’s BPM unit and GE-SBI JV in the space of retail cards. Was leading a team of 32 HR professionals and 2500 multi functional and multi location employees. Was part of the senior management team.
Prior to GE, Avadhesh was Head Global HR and part of Management Team at CMC Ltd. As Head-Global HR, was responsible for HR strategy and HR Service Delivery for 12000+ employees across India, USA, UK & EMEA.CMC Ltd was a listed (NSE/BSE) IT services and Technology Company with $370mn in Revenues (FY13).
4 Years of International HR Experience based in London, (UK) and Ireland. Certified Global Professional in HR (GPHR) from SHRM, USA.
